Slider and Lever type models available
There are 2 different styles available: lever type gripper with up to 180 degree opening angle for easier gripping of the load and slider type gripper with reinforced guidance.
Multiple positioning points and adjustable gripping force
The actuator performs positioning to a maximum of 512 points based on servo control and the gripping force with which the actuator grabs the load is also adjustable.
Accordingly, you can adjust the open/close width of the fingers to make sure that loads that deform easily are gripped properly.
New selflock function
The new selflock function prevents the gripper from loosing the load during power outages or unscheduled power deficiancies. The load can then still be removed from the gripper using a hexagonal wrench.
* please note that the pressure cannot be hold up in that situation.
High-rigid guidance and motor and high precision
The slider type grippers have a high rigid guidance and therefor realise a high consistency of moment. Furthermore, the inbuild mechanisms to prevent backlashes also reduces the positioning time delay.
The gears are build up from worm gears and helical gears and provide a high rigidity and great responsiveness.
